1. ELIGIBILITY: Game is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia age 18 or older. Employees of The Clorox Company, its affiliates, and subsidiary companies, retailers, promotion and advertising agencies, including Frankel & Company and asterisk*, and any others engaged in the development, production or distribution of Game materials, and the immediate families (spouse, and parents, children, and siblings and their respective spouses) and persons residing in the households of any of these individuals are ineligible. Void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited or restricted by law.



2. TO PLAY: Beginning on or about August 15, 2002, and ending August 15, 2003 (or earlier, if supplies of product are exhausted and distribution of all game pieces is complete), see specially marked Tilex Fresh Shower Daily Shower Cleaner bottles to which game pieces have been affixed. Remove game piece from bottle and on a protected surface; gently wipe area indicated with a damp cloth to reveal a winning or non-winning message. If the message indicates that you are an instant winner, see Rule #5 on how to verify and redeem your prize.



3. TO PLAY WITHOUT A PURCHASE: To receive a free game piece without making a purchase, mail a self addressed stamped #10 envelope ("SASE") to: "Tilex Flower Power Instant Win Game" Free Game Piece/Official Rules, P.O. Box 812900, Chicago, IL 60681-2900. (VT residents may omit return postage). Requests must be postmarked by 8/15/03 and received by 8/22/03. Limit one request per outer envelope per day. 4. PRIZES/ODDS: Five-hundred (500) Grand Prizes: twelve (12) gift certificates, each valued at $45.00 for fresh flowers from FTD Florist each month for one year. Total approximate retail value (ARV) of each Grand Prize is $540.00. The odds of winning a Grand Prize are: 1: 3,472.

5. PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: No transfer of prizes or cash or other substitution of prizes permitted, except by Sponsor, who reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute, in whole or in part, a prize of comparable or greater value if a prize becomes unavailable. Federal, state and local taxes, if any, and any expenses related to the acceptance and use of a prize not specified herein are the responsibility solely of the winner(s).



6. TO VERIFY/CLAIM A PRIZE: To verify and claim a prize, sign the original, complete winning game piece. (Please first carefully dry the game piece off before signing it.) No copies or mechanical reproductions will be accepted. On a separate 3" x 5" card (or piece of paper) hand print your name, complete address, day/evening telephone numbers and birthdate, and mail original game piece and card/paper to: Tilex Flower Power Instant Win Game Prize Claim, P.O. Box 812180 Chicago, IL 60681-2180. Prize claims must be postmarked by 10/24/03 and received by 10/31/03. You may wish to send your winning game piece via certified mail, but it is not required; however, all prize submissions are at your sole risk and proof of mailing does not constitute proof of delivery. It is recommended that you retain a photocopy of the winning game piece for your records. All prize claims are subject to verification by asterisk*, an independent judging organization whose decisions are final in all matters relating to this game. Verified winners will receive prize by mail. If a prize notification or prize is returned as undeliverable, the prize will be forfeited and if a Grand Prize will be awarded in the Second Chance Drawing. Grand Prize winners will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability Release prior to receiving their prize. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for award of all prizes. Unclaimed First Prizes will not be awarded.



7. SECOND CHANCE DRAWING: In the event there are any unclaimed Grand Prizes, they will be awarded in a Second Chance Drawing to be conducted on or about 01/06/04 from among all eligible entries received. Box 8692, Madison, WI 53708-8692 for receipt by 01/05/04. Limit one entry per stamped envelope; no mechanical reproductions permitted. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received and the number, if any, of unclaimed Grand prizes available. Winners will be notified by mail on or about February 15, 2004.



8. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION: By participating, participants agree to: (a) the Official Rules and the decisions of The Clorox Company, and asterisk*, the official judges, which shall be final in all respects; (b) if winners, the use of their names and/or likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without compensation, except where prohibited by law, and upon request, to provide consent in writing to such use; and (c) release, discharge and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates and subsidiary companies and advertising and promotion agencies, including asterisk* and Frankel and Company, their respective directors, officers and employees from any and all liabilities, damages and injuries arising out of their participation in this game and the acceptance, use, misuse or possession of any prize received in this game. As a condition of playing the Game or entering the Second Chance Drawing, participant agrees that (i) under no circumstances will participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and participant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, consequential or any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, (ii) all causes of action arising out of or connected with this Game, Second Chance Drawing or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action and shall be resolved exclusively by arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association; and (iii) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Game, but in no event attorney's fees.



9. ADDITIONAL TERMS: Sponsor and its agents are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, incorrect, damaged, misdirected, illegible, postage due mail or prize claims. All requests/claims/submissions become Sponsor's property and will not be returned. Game piece is void if a) not obtained in accordance with these Official Rules and through legitimate channels, b) any part is counterfeit, altered, defective, illegible, reproduced, tampered with, mutilated or irregular in any way or c) contain printing, typographical, mechanical, seeding or other errors. Sponsor and its agents are not responsible for printing, distribution or production errors and may rescind, cancel or revoke this Game based upon any such error without liability and at their sole discretion. Sponsor's liability for game pieces containing printing or other errors is limited to replacement of such game pieces with another eligible game piece, while supplies last. If by reason of a printing or other error, more prizes are claimed in a prize category than the number set forth in these rules, all persons making purportedly valid claims will be included in a random drawing to award the advertised number of prizes available in the prize category in question. No more than the advertised number of prizes will be awarded.
